||Each order should be accompanied by a purchase order or signed letter.

||We will make every effort to match supplied colors. However, due to the heat lamination process we cannot guarantee exact color matches.
||We utilize the highest quality offset and screen print inks. Metallics are slightly higher in cost.
||PGC has successfully been using a PDF PROOF work flow, PDF proofs are sent via E-mail for your review. Paper proofs are provided at no charge. These include color ink jet and laser proofs and Press calibrated color Epson Ultra Crome proofs for Process (CMYK) jobs. All requested paper proofs will be sent via overnight services.
Proofs should be reviewed carefully, signed, dated and returned. A signed proof is a legal acceptance of copy, and regarded as binding. Proof requests not accompanied with firm orders will be quoted upon request. We are not responsible for delays in proofing due to inadequate, incomplete artwork or instructions supplied to us.
When an order is accompanied by actual previous printed sample, we typically have to compare and adjust supplied art files to best match that sample. A salesperson will contact you depending on the complexity of any given issue. Press Proofs usually work best in these instances.
||Most printed items take 3-4 weeks after receipt of approved proof. Be sure to contact us for current delivery schedule if your delivery date is critical.
|Dies / Tooling:
||Required special cutting dies and tooling will be quoted as necessary.
||We utilize standard bulk packaging. Special packaging and shrink wrapping will be quoted upon request.
|Shipping / Routing:
||Unless specific instructions are supplied, we will ship by the most economical and efficient way.
||Our terms are based on satisfactory bank and trade references.
|Overruns / Underruns:
||We attempt to limit overs to a maximum of 5% - 10%. You may specify fewer overs or none, but must be willing to accept an underrun if you do so. Please state preference at time of ordering.
||Costs incurred for artwork, plates, composition, and all work accomplished prior to cancellation will be billed.
||All claims must be made to Customer Service within 10 days after receipt of goods. No returns accepted without authorization. We are not responsible for delays in transportation or causes beyond our control. Our liability will be limited only to value at net factory price.
|Rights to promotion:
||We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order.
||Previously-produced samples are available at no charge.
